微波消解/GF-AAS法测定贝类产品中的重金属元素

摘要
本文采用微波消解样品处理技术,结合石墨炉原子吸收光谱(GF-AAS)法测定贝类产品中重金属元素Pb和Cd。研究表明,该方法与传统的酸解法样品处理相比,不但分析结果相吻合,而且更具有快速、高效、清洁、污染少等优点,完全能满足贝类产品质量和环境分析的要求。

A system comprised of one EST 8100 Vial Autosampler, two EST Encon Purge and Trap Concentrators interfaced to one GC/MS system by a valve switching device was used to perform EPA 8260B analysis. Data showing linearity, accuracy,and precision meeting all quality assurance criteria will be presented for both the single and the dual calibration options while dramatically increasing sample throughput.

GPC净化分离甲氧基DDT

复方丹参片主要功效活血化瘀,理气止痛。用于气滞血瘀所导致的胸痹,症 见胸闷,心前区刺痛。丹参药材为复方丹参片的主要原料之一,早在2000 年版 药典中就已经建立了高效液相色谱法测定复方丹参片中的丹参酮ⅡA, 方法是 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇∶水(80∶20)为流动相,流速为 1.0mL/min,检测波长270nm。我们使用Labtech LC600 高效液相色谱仪进行丹 参酮ⅡA 分析,得到了满意结果。

Approximately 2700 – 6000 tons of mercury are released into the at mosphere annually. Once airborne, mercury can travel thousand mile s from its generation point. Eventually, it precipitates onto the l and and water. And once it enters water, mercury is transformed by microorganisms into methylmercury, the most toxic and dangerous for m of mercury. Exposure to high dosage of methylmercury can cause tremors, inabili ty to walk, convulsions and even death. Children exposed to the mercury show a variety of abnormalities such as delayed onset of walking and talking, cerebra l palsy, and slowed neurological reflexes and learning abilities. One of the best indicators of exposure to mercury is testing for co ncentration in hair and blood. The average concentration of mercur y in non-exposed people is about 8 ppb in blood and 2 ppm in hair Mercury has traditionally been measured in hair, blood, tissues, an d urine by CVAAS (Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry), which is a time and labor consuming method that relies on complicat ed wet chemistry sample preparation. The US EPA has recently announced that it will begin to regulate em ission of mercury from coal-fired plants, the largest source of hum an-made mercury pollution, generating approximately 43 tons of merc ury each year. Mercury is released not only in stack gasses, but i n plant waste and the coal cleaning process. The EPA will propose f inal regulations on coal-fired power plants by December 15, 2003. Mercury in coal has been traditionally measured by CVAAS (Cold Vapo r Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry), which is a time and labor c onsuming method that relies on complicated wet chemistry sample pre paration.
